BIOCHEMISTRY

 

Biochemistry Department has a well equipped laboratory being managed by qualified and experienced technical staff. The equipment includes Chemistry auto analyzers, Spectrophotometer, Electrophoresis system, Thermocycler, Hot air oven, Electrical water distillation apparatus, centrifuge machine, Controlled temperature water bath and Olympus microscopes.
The department is headed by Prof Dr Azam Ali who completed his M.Phil. (Biochemistry) in 1999 from University of Punjab. He has an experience of more than 20 years of teaching Biochemistry in various Public medical colleges including King Edward Medical University and Gujranwala Medical College, Gujranwala.
